We've made several adjustments to the Surge Colossus based on player feedback:

Upgrade Price:
- Price reduced from {110, 140, 220, 300} to {110, 130, 210, 290}
Base Damage

Minimum damage increased from {4, 4, 4, 4} to {3, 5, 7, 9}

Range:

Bounce Damage Factor:
- Bounce Damage Factor adjusted from {1.0, 1.1, 1.25, 1.35} to {1.05, 1.1, 1.15, 1.25}
Ray Timing (Rof):

Minimum rate of fire increased from {0.85, 0.65, 0.45, 0.35} to {1.05, 0.95, 0.75, 0.55}

Maximum bounces matched with minimum bounces to remove rng.
